Established in 1809, The Miami University Symphony Orchestra (MUSO) is dedicated to the quality performance of the orchestral repertoire and to the professional and artistic growth of its members. Each year over 60 Miami students from participate in the ensemble under the direction of Ricardo Averbach.
Collegiate Chorale is an auditioned vocal ensemble composed of male and female singers, conducted by Jeremy D. Jones. Students from various academic disciplines join together in song to grow through music as individuals and as a collective unit.
The Chamber Singers, conducted by William Bausano, is Miami University’s chamber choir. The ensemble performs a wide range of choral repertoire from the Renaissance era to the contemporary.
